What are healthy meals for a person that is on nitroglycerin tablets, weak pendic, and no gallbladder?

I have been asking for natural home grown spices to be add to my diet. The younger generation has no idea as to what spices I am talking about. I am in Hope’s that you maybe able to help with this situation.

As for growing spices, I wish I could grow them but every time I do they die! I’m definitely not the right person to give you advice on that. Good luck!
