 It's no secret that figuring out what to eat can be a pain in the you know what.  Sure, it's easy to meal plan if you want to eating boring food every week (plain chicken, brown rice, and broccoli for every meal?).  What if you want healthy meals that taste good?  What if you want a little bit of variety in your week?  Then you have spend time finding a new recipe to try, planning meals, (scouring Pinterest, don't lie you've done we all have) and making a shopping list.  

After all that, you've got to come home and do some prep or make it throughout the week.  Frankly, healthy eating can be time consuming and cumbersome, which is why it's so hard for a lot of people to stick to it.  Not anymore! I've worked hard to set up a meal planning service that incorporates all the principles of healthy eating and weight management I teach my clients.  Sometimes it's not that you don't know what it do, it's having the right tools to get it done week after week after week.    

With What to Eat? Meal Plans you'll get  a new meal plan every single week straight to your inbox.  Each plan will have a full FIVE days of balanced meal plans from you to chose from.  Pick the plans that work for you and schedule them into your week, then head to the grocery store with the printable shopping list. It all comes in one straight forward easy packet that makes meal planning SUPER easy every single week! 

Plans will be composed of Hungry Hobby recipes and Hungry Hobby approved recipes.  There is an emphasis on meals that are fast and delicious, most meals taking less than 30 minutes to actively prepare (not including non active cooking time.) 

This plan is not for those with health conditions or specific dietary needs or food preferences (Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, etc.).

No recipe changes are available with this plan, however, you have the option to not schedule those meals in the software or ask in the Facebook group for suggestions.

Personally, I like to follow more of an intuitive eating style most of the time (sometimes I count macros but usually not).  But, maybe sometimes you want to buckle down and see certain results with some help, I get that too.  Things like high School reunions(ugh, do they still do those? That's what FB is for right?), graduations, weddings, or maybe you are looking to PR at your next event might prompt you to want to see results right away 

The custom plan is designed to your individual macronutrient (calorie) goals for meals & snacks for 3 days that are rotated between workout and non-workout days. They account for your individual health conditions, activity level and dietary preferences (Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, etc.).

Custom plans are personalized to you with weekly virtual check-in’s with your personal Dietitian (That's me!). The plan is ideal for those with dietary restrictions (i.e. food allergies), and those who need a structured plan and accountability.

Kelli Shallal, MPH, RD

Kelli Shallal is a Registered Dietitian, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and the blogger behind the blog Hungry Hobby, which you’ll find at hungryhobby.net. Kelli received her Masters of Public Health in Nutrition from Loma Linda University in 2013.  Kelli started her blog to share the joy in living a healthy fit lifestyle, without starvation or food restriction. On the blog, she shares recipes, workouts, nutrition facts, health tips and real life.
