With What to Eat Meal Plans you'll get your own online portal that will be loaded with a new meal plan every single week. Each plan will have a full FIVE days of balanced meal plans from you to chose from. Pick the plans that work for you and schedule them into your week, you can then generate a shopping list based off of what you scheduled!! There will be no auto-generated PDF with a shopping list that takes you forever to figure out. It's all done online so you can easily see what you meal plan is from wherever you are!
What to Eat Meal Plans supply between 1500-1800 calories per day from balanced meals. Each day will be broken into close to a 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein, 30% fat split. You can add or subtract foods or meals as needed to fit your needs, macronutrient information for each meal will be available. All plans are gluten free or have gluten free modifications. Plans will be composed of Hungry Hobby recipes and Hungry Hobby approved recipes. There is an emphasis on meals that are fast and delicious, most meals taking less than 30 minutes to actively prepare (not including non active cooking time.)
