The number one thing I hear from clients, friends, family and pretty much everyone?
Just tell me what to eat and I'll eat it.
It's no secret that figuring out what to eat can be a pain in the you know what. Sure, it's easy if you want to eating boring food every week (plain chicken, brown rice, and broccoli for every meal?). What if you want healthy meals that taste good? What if you want a little bit of variety in your week? Then you have spend time finding a new recipe to try, planning meals, and making a shopping list. After all that, you've got to come home and do some prep or make it throughout the week. Frankly, healthy eating can be time consuming and cumbersome, which is why it's so hard for a lot of people to stick to it. Not anymore! I'm making your life just a little bit easier.
