Hi, friends!
If you’ve been an HH reader for longer than a day (if today is your first day, welcome!) you know that I love anything with the three S words: salt, salsa, and spicy! So, needless to say being born and raised in Arizona, Cinco De Mayo has been a holiday I’ve eagerly celebrated every year, despite it not being an American holiday and having zero meaning to me. As if I needed an excuse, I really just use it as the best excuse to eat my favorite foods packed with salty, spicy, cheesy flavors topped with all the salsa. Of all my recipes here at HH, the ones with Mexican food inspiration are my absolute favorite.
