Welcome to Fall 2105 90 Day Challenge Team Kelli! Having the Spring 90 Day Challenge under my belt I feel like I now have the experience to make the 90 day challenge experience the best possible for ALL my team members.

What is the 90 Day Challenge?
A weight loss or transformation challenge by Life Time Fitness. Every pound lost a dollar goes to the Life Time foundation benefiting the school lunch program. Winners can win 10,000 nationally in each category a male and female will be chosen.
I have some clients that are in it to win it and some that are using 90 day to take advantage of the discounts, others just want the accountability. Whichever end of the spectrum you follow under that’s okay! If you are not a member of Life Time but a blog follower or fellow blogger, feel free to join in with us! Of course you will not be eligible for the Life Time related prizes unless you are a registered member, but you can still set some goals to smash before the holidays. My prizes will be open to anyone following the blog!

My Goals:
Most of you shared your goals with me so now it’s time to share my goals with you!
- Run a ½ marathon by the end of the challenge but I didn’t really say that out loud because lord knows every time I even think about formal training I end up getting injured.
- Continue to build strength in my upper body and core. My legs are plenty strong but I’m like a T-Rex when it comes to upper body strength.
- Compete in transformation category aka reduce body fat

I am excited to embark on this 90 day journey. I think having a deadline will be beneficial for me to focus on achieving results. Even though I would love to lose tons of weight, I am happy to just be working day to day on the process of improving my nutrition & exercise habits. I’m already a winner in that regard. I am really excited to be part of Team Kelli for the 90 Day! I am using the 90 Day to hold me accountable as I begin another year teaching (especially since keeping up with good eating and exercise habits at the beginning of the school year is really hard). My goal is to stay on the path to better health and fitness that I have begun to establish over the summer!

Nice to meet you! I know how it is being a teacher and keeping good eating and exercise habits because I was a teacher. I’m retired now and am lucky to be able to focus on these habits now. You’ll do it and feel so much better for it!

Hi, my name is Debbie Rogers, and I am so excited to be in the 90 day challenge with all of you. Somehow fate brought all of you and me to Team Keli. We will all be winners under her guidance as well as in our own individual strengths! My goal, as I start my journey into my 60’s, is to be a healthy energetic grandma that will be able to walk without getting tired or out of breath, not having to take medicines for any reasons, and to live ( as much as possible) pain free!!!! So here is to the 90 day challenge! Let’s Do It!!!!! 🙂
