Happy Monday!  In honor of week 5 on Saturday we did a fun fives workout!  For the cardio portion do 5 sets of 5 minutes of cardio.  For the strength, go heavier than usual and do 5 reps of each exercise in a circuit style format for 5 rounds.  I set this post to auto post so if all goes well Mr. Hungry and I woke up super early and headed to the gym together, it’s a busy morning ahead and I don’t see the week slowing down.  Hope you have a good one!
