A quick and easy peanut butter yogurt dip that you can eat the whole batch of! A delicious way to get in your veggies or eat it off a spoon!
Let’s be honest, this isn’t even a real recipe. I’ve been mixing yogurt and peanut butter together for years for a dip or snack.
However, recently I bought a giant container of powdered peanut butter at Costco so I’ve basically been putting it in everything. I’m always on the fence about defatted products because in general I do not follow a low-fat diet or promote it.
However, I like the ability to carelessly add peanut butter flavor with protein to just about anything without packing in a million calories.
Who is this moderation person that everyone tells me to eat peanut butter with????

What I Ate Yesterday
So on Saturday I did the Fitnessista’s Summer Shape Up workout number 1 and on Sunday a hard but great 5 mile run for my steady state cardio. The workout was a great burn and I wasn’t sore or anything so I decided to do it again on Tuesday. That’s when my glutes lit up like fireworks and I could barely finish the workout with just body weight. So needless to say yesterday was a forced rest day. (My glutes are still so sore it hurts it sit.) I started yesterday with an epic breakfast quesadilla after walking 3 miles with Nala.
I started yesterday with an epic breakfast quesadilla after walking 3 slow miles with Nala.
Then it was a world wind of meeting with a client followed by cooking and photography. Somewhere in there I quickly ate this Coconut Green Curry Crockpot Chicken over turmeric rice that I reshot on Monday to update the photos of a super old but delicious recipe!
Poor Nala can’t be trusted while I’m cooking and taking photos. Usually, I go outside but I really wanted to minimize the amount of time I spent in 100+ degree weather.
I also snacked on previously mentioned dip with celery!
Dinner is always weird when I coach. I had a protein bar before I left at around 4:45 then when I come home my appetite is weird so I had strawberries and then yogurt.
Alright, that’s it for me it’s time to catch a flight for Idea Blogfest!!!!! Don’t forget I’m linking up with Peas And Crayons via Sprint 2 The Table for WIAW today!

That’s one of my favorite dips! I agree with PB2, I usually only add it for my peanut-y flavor and extra protein, and then add extra peanut butter or healthy fat of choice into the mix! That breakfast quesadilla looks AMAZING!

Yes it is good to have both options!

Nala is such a cutie!!! And I love your food photo set up! 🙂
I like adding PB2 into my smoothies (almost like protein powder) but I typically go for standard peanut butter in other things!

Peanut Butter and Yogurt is a wonderful recipe! It’s perfectly satisfying for any sort of fruit. And yep, we can’t quite trust our dogs around food either. 😀 That curry looks really good. I love a good curry.

I am hit or miss on curry but I do love that one!

And here I thought I was the only one that mixes peanut butter into yogurt!
