As far as fitness goes, it’s been a trying week. Trying running, trying hip strengthening, trying to stay active, lots of walk with the pup. Nothing frustrates me more than when my body won’t do what I want it to, but I’m happy to enjoy the company of family. I definitely stay active running after my nephew!
