I’m not sure when spring officially starts, but in my mind, it starts in March! Temperatures pick up quickly here in AZ, but March and April are usually pretty blissful. So, I’m definitely looking forward to the last couple of months of pregnancy, wonderful weather, and delicious new vibrant flavors in my meals!
When I think of spring or March, I think of fresh baked goods with flavors like mint, carrot cake, and lemon. (I mean TBH, this year when I think of March I also think holy H E double hockey sticks it’s been a whole F*ing year of this you know what? Remember when we thought it would be two weeks?
