What You Should Know About Me
I love iced coffee, wine, and anything caramel. I’m not friends with Kale or soup, and I’m okay with that.
I have a Mr. Hungry, a Nala, and a Missy, I talk about them a lot.
I didn’t know what a real green bean looked like (outside of a can) until I was 22.
I lost weight the wrong way, messed up my hormones and relationship with food.
I lost weight the right way, fixed my hormones and relationship with food by eating real food and eating intuitively.
I have a daily inner battle fighting my love of running and lifting/ cross fit type workouts.
I recovered from two back injuries.
I had unexplained missing periods (hypothalamic amenorrhea) for 5+ years birth control pill.
I lived most of my life as a chameleon, now, I have a sarcastic and positive outlook on life that is all my own.
When I’m not working with clients, writing, working on the blog, sleeping or exercising you can find me traveling or planning my next trip, hanging out with friends (there is no better medicine than wine and laughter), hiking (aka walking in a park like environment) with Nala and Mr. Hungry, eating sunflower butter straight off the spoon, or day dreaming. In other words, I’m pretty damn normal but I’ve got big goals and a big heart. Actually, I do have one interesting thing, I’ve got the word loyalty tattooed on my hip, I’ll let you decide if that one is true.
