Hello, friends! First thing is first. Meal plan friends, your new meal plan, and meal prep guide is in your inbox!
Speaking of meal plans, congrats to Olivia for winning the IG Meal Prep For Weight Loss Giveaway! For those of you that didn’t win, you can pre-order your copy here. I’ll also be sharing a few recipes and sneak peeks from the book in the coming week’s, so stay tuned for that!
Second, how is life treating you? How are you doing, my internet friends? Has the busy fall season started to pick up for you yet?
This weekend Mr. Hungry’s parents move into their new home in Arizona, and I couldn’t be any more excited for them. If you didn’t know, Mr. Hungry’s parents moved to California for five years, and now they finally moved back! I’m so happy that Baby K will get to know his grandparents more.
After just a few short weeks of them being here, I can already tell he has bonded with both of them. He likes to sit with his Grandpa in church and throws a fit when he sees my MIL to hold him he is one lucky kid to have so many people to love him and take care of him!

Fitness
After my stroller run last week, my pelvis was super sore like just gave birth sore. So I took two days off in a row, then focused on the upper body until I felt better. Clearly, my form was not great, and my core is not where I thought it was recovery wise.
I’m planning on trying it again, but this time keeping it to .25 mile run at a time while really focusing on form. Hopefully, that helps!

Side note, I’m really missing group workouts. I’m getting kind of bored working out by myself all the time, plus it would be nice to have childcare so I didn’t have to workout during naps (then I could work during naps) or with a sitter here.
I’m eyeing burn boot camp that opened near me, but right now, none of the times will work with little man’s nap schedule. I think I might try it out when he transitions from the two to one nap schedule!
