Hi, friends! TGIF! It’s a quick post today! I don’t know why this week has felt like such a crazy week compared to most but it has. I’m looking to chilling out this week and getting ahead just a little bit! Hope you have a good one!
Fitness
I keep doing the same total body circuit because it works for me, I’m slowly adding weight so it stays challenging without overdoing it. Plus lots of puppy walks every day!
Thurs (2/1) – Total Body Circuit
Wednesday (1/31) – OFF (Puppy Walk)
Tuesday (1/30) – Upper Body Workout

Monday (1/29) – same as 2/1
Sunday (1/28) – 3.8-mile run/walk – 5 minutes on/5 minutes off
Saturday (1/27) – Off
Friday (1/26) – similar to 2/1
and for your entertainment, Mr. Hungry sent this to me the other day and I thought it was hilarious!
Food
I didn’t record a whole day at one time but here are some of my favorites from this week! I made a huge batch of caramelized onion in the slow cooker, I used it in a recipe but I also eat the leftovers every day in scrambled eggs with broccoli!
We’ve also been back on the Green Juice train! Not sure how long it will last but it’s been a couple of days! Now that my caffeine consumption is so much reduced a little green juice in the morning feels good!
