Hi Friends! Thanks for all the love on the Stuffed Delicata Squash post this morning, so glad you guys liked it! Today has been crazy busy, meetings all morning = stressful. Before the day started I quickly inhaled a DIY Green Chile and Cheese Frozen Breakfast Burritos, so happy to have these!
For lunch we had a baby shower so I brought the veggies and cake. Other foods on the menu were wings and pizza. The pizza had meat on it, and I don’t usually eat red meat so I stuck with the wings. No cake because it’s the LAST DAY of Sugar Free September!
I wasn’t that hungry because it was a little early for me to eat. I’ve also noticed my appetite on the downhill the last couple days. I think it might be because since I’m taking a break from running I haven’t done much cardio (granted it’s been all of two days since I made that decision). I haven’t even been on a walk, and frankly, I don’t really have a desire too. However, I’m super excited for Hot Yoga tonight to stretch out my sore muscles after taking Bodypump yesterday. I know I’ll work in some cross-training in there soon, but for now I’m giving my body a rest and trying to kick this injury once and for all.

Do you feel your appetite is affected by your workouts?
One of my new favorite bloggers Cassie said it best when she called it “runger.” (I’m sure other people call it that, but I saw it first on her blog.) My appetite is most affected by running, swimming and CrossFit. Everything else doesn’t usually change things much for me. Sometimes weight lifting will affect my hunger (in CrossFit) but I took Bodypump easy last night to ease into things.
