Hi friends! Thanks for hanging in there this week with me while I complained about about my stupid injury (multiple times). I’m so glad you all liked the recipes that went up, definitely let me know if anyone gives them a try! In case you missed any of them:
– Buffalo Butternut Squash Hummus
– Healthy Carbonara (yes it does exist!)
– Pumpkin Protein Green Smoothie (Version 2)
Fitness Recap
Last week I decided to take some time off running to see if I could get my pirformis to calm down. So that meant a really restful week with lots of walking and strength training. I kind of can’t believe I took that many days off and now with PT I’m about to take more, ugh can this be over soon?
Sunday (9/28)- REST
Monday (9/29)- BodyPump
Tuesday (9/30)- Hot Yoga
Wednesday (10/1)- Walk 30 minutes
Thursday (10/2)– BodyPump—> 9 minute of lunges —-> YOWZA!
Friday (10/3)- Walk 50 minutes with Mr. Hungry
Saturday (10/4)- Barre & Yoga–> A new workout for me! I definitely didn’t know what to expect but I loved the burn and cardio blasts incorporated into the workout it was awesome.

What do you have planned this week!
Work Saturday morning, boooooo!!!!! Then lots of getting ready for a busy week next week. One thing that should help is we are getting out first box of Blue Apron meals! Just got the meal plan emailed and it looks delish, I can’t wait!
