Even though quinoa isn’t technically a “whole grain”, it is considered to be a pseudograin since it is actually a seed, it has many of the properties of whole grains. Quinoa is known for being higher in protein and fiber, providing 8 grams of protein and at least 5 grams of fiber per cup!
