Afternoon snacks… jokingly referred to as mini carb bites…
This morning I had a spoonful of sunflower seed butter at 630am, followed by leftover chicken and brussel sprouts at 9am.
Today’s dinner was really good and I was pretty proud of myself because it was an idea I got out of Cooking Light, soft scrambled eggs with asparagus and avocado. I just chopped a bunch of asparagus and sauteed with onions and parsley. Then I scrambled some eggs on top of it! Delicious, quick and easy!
We got pumpkin bread in the mail today from mama shallal 🙂
Now watching a movie and relaxing with some of that pumpkin bread.
