The reason we created What to Eat? Meal Plans was because we couldn’t find an existing meal planning company that met our criteria for recommending to nutrition coaching clients.
We wanted them to be macro-based (post coming soon on this), have gluten-free options, and convenient. The last one is just as important as the first two. Healthy eating is often not sustainable because of the time and cost invested, making it more convenient is the key to being successful!
Our meal plans are easy and straightforward enough to use that you won’t be burdened by meal planning, you will be freed! After a few weeks on our meal plans, you will wonder how you ever did your grocery shopping in the past, that’s how easy they are!
How It Works: Subscription Plans
Healthy meal plans come with five days of meals and snacks (cookies included!). They’re healthy, gluten-free, lower in calories (1500-1800), and balanced in macronutrients. Unlike any other meal planning service, we guarantee there’s a minimum of 100 grams of protein and moderate amount of carbohydrates 100-150 grams of carbohydrates, so your meal plans are balanced for you! Nutritional data is available in each plan and recipe.
Step 1: Recieve your new meal plans by 8 am CST on Friday every week!
Step 2: Review your personal PDF meal plan with recipes, macro info, and grocery list!
*Meal plans are laid out on a weekly basis so you can see the whole week at once! You can even see if you will have leftovers!
*Nutrition Breakdown can be seen for a recipe and for the whole day! So you can make adjustments as needed, or just take peace of mind to know that your meal plan was developed to be nutritionally balanced by a Registered Dietitian!
*All your recipes will be attached in the packet so you can view them in one easy place! Follow along on your phone, computer, or print them out! Totally up to you! No more spending hours on Pinterest scouring the land for healthy recipes!
