Well, the good news is my shin splints and hip issues on the left have loosened up so I’m finally able to go on walks! Woooohooo! Haha, it’s the little things! So 3 mile walks with the pup every day plus physical therapy exercises. I also did a little and I mean little, lifting session on Wednesday. Got to start somewhere!
As far as the other problematic side, I had a really great appointment with my chiropractor on Tuesday, a few breakthrus, I’ll keep you guys updated!
I remembered to record on a day other than Thursday, this was Wednesday!
Around 11 am I had a health warrior pumpkin seed bar to stave off hunger until I could get to lunch around 12:30 pm. I also meal prepped a cauliflower rice frittata doused in taco sauce with a little bit of cheese.
For a snack, I had brown rice chips from my Love with Food box . They were pretty good, kind of like a cross between a pop chip and a rice chip!
For dinner, we grilled steak from Butcher Box and broccoli.
For dessert, I had a piece of a Munk Pack cookie also from the Love with Food! It was pretty good, but Mr. Hungry said he liked the chocolate one better!
