Four solid workouts, I’m good with that! Overall a freaking great week, I listened to my body and took rests when I needed it.
Since I didn’t do Friday Favorites last week I’ve got a quite a few things to share with you!
First up, my friend Ashley from A Lady Goes West wrote a book about her experience with Hypothalmic Amenorrhea. I read it cover to cover and I was really impressed with her openness. PS the ending made me cry so hard! Her experience seems different than my experience with amenorrhea, which isn’t surprising because causes and contributing factors vary so much from person to person. However, I know that if I still had Amenorrhea I would have found extreme comfort in reading her story so I highly recommend it to anyone still struggling with it.
I tried a new cold brew from Sprouts. I love that this one had ounces marked on the bottle so I know how much to pour! It’s so funny I used to make my own iced coffee all the time then the lazy took over in me….
I’m also obsessed with overnight oats right now!
In case you missed it this Facebook Live I did on overnight oats was surprisingly popular! I didn’t know so many people hadn’t tried all these different ways to make overnight oats.
