Nothing better than eating M & M’s and stress writing this post for the 4th time because it didn’t save…… Mama needs wine…. but since that’s out M & M’s it is…. anyways… TGIF!

Oh, fitness…. we were kind of friends this week. I guess. Here is how it played out…
Friday (7/06) – swim – 1000 meters
Saturday (7/07) – I did this quick circuit
Sunday (7/08) – off
Tuesday (7/10) – 2.5-mile walk & I thought my prenatal yoga class was this day but turns out, it was Wednesday so this ended up being an unintended rest day since it was 6 pm before I figured it out.
Wednesday (7/11) – 3-mile walk & prenatal yoga
Thoughts on prenatal yoga – it was interesting. The teacher was an older lady who had an incredibly welcoming presence. She was a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years so that immediately increased her credibility in my eyes and made me feel safe. The practice felt awkward but safe, and there was only one other girl in the class so I felt at ease. I did end up buying a package of 5 classes, I might go once a week or once every other week.
Thursday (7/12) – 2.5 mile walk + circuit
This circuit didn’t end up feeling so great by the end. I think that split leg stuff like lunges (in any direction) are getting more difficult to accomplish without SI pain.
First up I stocked up via Thrive Market! A bunch of my favorite coffee for a cold brew and my recent favorite snack Blue Diamond Cheddar Crackers.
