I did this workout from PBF, but changed a few things.
- Stability Ball Curls
- Lunge Jumps
So now you know why this section has been a little light recently. However it’s been getting better, I’ve been trying to share some meals on IG. Making my breakfast look pretty enough to take a picture also helps increase my appetite in the morning as well!
I also eat two trail mix energy balls every day when I wake up before walking Nala to help me settle my stomach.
I might use this section more to share new food products I try or meals I eat out, things like that instead of my normal meals. I’ll save that for IG and for my weekly pregnancy updates. Speaking of eating out, ermygawd these carnitas tacos from Perfect Pear were AMAZING! It is seriously our favorite restaurant ever in South Tempe. I normally get the salad but since the one I like has goat cheese, I decided to try something else. (PS just realized I tagged perfect bar and not Perfect Pear, whoops!)
