Hi, friends! Today is going to be a SUPER quick post because I’ve got a lot going on today I’ve got to get to. We sign the closing docs this morning for our close on the house we bought on Monday. The sellers needed a rent back, so we are moving twice, and I’ve got a lot of boxes and loose ends to finish up before the movers get here Saturday morning. Oh, and Mr. Hungry has to drive Nala up to stay with my Aunt and Uncle this afternoon, so I’ve got to get all her stuff together. It’s just a lot of things to start wrapping up, so I’m going to get to it! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Instagram Reel Win
It’s been a LONG time since I’ve seen any win on Instagram. Probably been a few years since my account was broken, and I almost had to switch to a new account. But, I’ve been working hard at reels, and I finally admitted I needed help with IG content. It was always on my to-do list but was never actually getting done. I’m happy to jump on stories, but I didn’t have the time to post with two kids in the mix.
I’ve been filming, and my new VA has been so incredibly awesome at helping edit and post my content. She’s done a fantastic job at keeping my content my own while helping make sure that my content gets posted and seen. Anyways, we got a win last week, and it’s been so fun! My Air Fryer Chicken Tenders video is killing it 🙂
PS I had to decide to share full recipes on Insta. That was a hard call, but I felt like it was the right one. If you’ve been following the blog for a while, please continue to come here from time to time. I don’t make any income from the recipes I share on Insta. Insta is about connection for me. I love chatting with you all on stories. And, from a monetary perspective, it attracts sponsors. Sponsors have moved away from blogs and on to Insta and Tik Tok for now. Viewers on the blog are the primary way I’m able to provide recipe content anywhere for free, though. 🙂

Habit Burger
Mr. Hungry talked me into Habit Burger last night. This was the first time I’d had it, and it was delicious! The lettuce wrap was by far the most legit lettuce wrap I’ve seen on a burger in a LONG time. I got a double, but that was unnecessary because their burger patties are a pretty good size! The convenience of a drive-thru but with Smashburger-like quality!
Fitness
Workouts are still hit or miss over here. I’m averaging three a week, not bad, but not my sweet spot. After this first move, my goal is to get back to a consistent five days per week. I won’t have a treadmill, though, so it will be interesting to see what my workouts look like. Will, I run outside at 5 am? I don’t know!
