Kitchen Helper Stand
Some of you noticed our new kitchen helper stand on Instagram! (@hungryhobbyRD) Baby K is young to be helping in the kitchen, but I genuinely believe that it’s never too young to start.
Of course, letting him help is messier, but the mess doesn’t bother me very much. (Yes, Mr. Hungry is the clean freak in the relationship.) Right now, he mostly plays with measuring cups or other “new” counter toys only while I cook, and he watches anyway. The stand has two height levels, so it will grow with him and it was super easy to put together (according to Mr. Hungry)!
It doubles nicely as a stand for my video filming as well!
Blessed Is She – Retreat, Lent Book & Daily Emails
For those of you following along on IG, you know that I went to a retreat over the weekend called Blessed Is She.
I was gifted a copy of their Lent book by Jenna, the Blessed Is She Founder (not in exchange for sharing, just because our husbands play basketball together and she is so sweet like that!) So, for Lent this year, instead of giving up something, I’m adding time with God in the morning. Which essentially is giving up time or sleep.

Where has this been all my life? This grapefruit vodka is not new to the world, just to my world. This combo of unsweetened cranberry juice, la Croix, and grapefruit vodka is freaking delicious!
We do 1/3 of each, and it’s a one and done deal for me!
I’m not much of a wine drinker. I prefer a cocktail any day over wine, BUT, I recently found a cheap wine I really like. The bottle was $8.99 on the very bottom shelf at Safeway. Big Fan.

Getting workouts in this week has not been without its challenges due to being behind in work and having family in town. I made it happen though, even if it was *only* a 20 minute run in the morning, at least I did something!
Friday (2/21) – Full Body Day At Burn Boot Camp
In between rounds, we did some glute and hamstring work. We also had a nasty donkey kick finisher that was KILLER!
Saturday (2/23) – at home upper body and core workout with Aaptiv before the retreat – Shoulders, Back & Triceps
Sunday (2/24) – OFF
Monday (2/25) – Treadmill Run in the AM with Aaptiv – 20 minutes 2 Endure or Not to Endure
Tuesday (2/26) – Lower Body Hamstring Burnout at Burn Boot Camp
Wednesday (2/27) – OFF
Thursday (2/28) – Upper Body KB Kitchen Aaptiv Workout – used dumbbells to complete
