Happy Monday afternoon! How is your week starting off so far? Mine started with a classic no hassle breakfast, the DIY Green Chile and Cheese Breakfast Burrito.
Plus a reused Starbucks cup from yesterday with homemade iced coffee. The morning literally flew by, meanwhile I’ve been on a mission chugging water. I drank a full bottle before I even got to work on my commute, something I used to do all the time. Lately I’ve gotten really bad about it so this week I’m drinking one bottle before EVERY meal.
Before lunch I went on a walk, I was too lazy to put on my workout cloths I brought for PT later though. I threw on my tennies on with my dress, cute huh?
It was only a 15 minute walk, because I’m actually not suppose to be walking for exercise (according to my PT.) I just couldn’t sit any longer, anyone else get like that? Maybe it could look chic if they weren’t clown shoe colored tennis shoes! I ate carrots for lunch while I walked around the building searching for a fork for my chicken sausage salad. I swear I found the VERY LAST ONE in the whole building! Definitely need to try and remember to bring my own fork.
Tonight at PT Mr. Hungry is suppose to learn how to realign my pelvis so that it isn’t torqued on the right side. I’ll DEFINITELY let you know how that one goes!
