Happy WIAW y’all, hope you have a great one! Here was what I dug into last week!
Monday
Breakfast- Muscle Milk, Orange, and Carrot Cake Quinoa Muffin
Lunch- Oven Fried Baked Chicken and Carrots (wasn’t feeling that great)
Dinner- Green Smoothie (pb, chocolate protein, almond milk, spinach, banana)
Tuesday
Breakfast- Greek Yogurt Carrot Cake Quinoa Muffin
Lunch– avocado toast, 2 fried eggs, carrots and hummus
Dinner- Trader Joe’s Silverbrite Salmon over salad
Wednesday
Breakfast- Green Chile and Cheese DIY Frozen Burrito and banana
Lunch- Chicken Salad with Mango Yogurt Dressing, Carrots and Hummus
Snack- Apple and PB
Dinner- Leftover Salmon, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli
Dessert-Butterfinger cup
Thursday
Breakfast– 1/2 of Carrot Cake Quinoa Muffin & Green Chile and Cheese DIY Frozen Burrito
Snack- muscle milk
Lunch- decaf americano with almond milk, spinach turkey wrap,
Dinner- watermelon salad and a glass of wine from Vintage 95
Friday
Breakfast- green smoothie (same as above), carrots, hummus
Lunch- This is what happens when you go to a company picnic on Friday when you don’t eat meat, don’t like beans or pasta salad.
Dinner- margs, chips, guac, shrimp tacos
Other Snacks- Nut Clusters, Peanut Butter and Dates, Air Popped popcorn, Trader Joe’s Macaroons
Exercise
Sunday- Upper Body Sets
Monday- 1.5 mile walk at lunch & .75 mile walk in PM, Abs, PT Exercises
Tuesday- Modified NTC Shoulder Shaper
Wednesday- Dance Abs, Planks, Foam Roll/ 2 mile walk at lunch/ chiropractor, ice and stretch
Thursday- NTC Arm Burner
Friday- NTC Ab burner
Saturday- Off
Caffeine
Guess what?!?!?! Last week was my first week with NO caffeine. Well, I know there is some caffeine in the decaf coffees I got, but that is so minimal compared to wear I was before that I’m not even counting it. It feels great to have really reset my tolerance for caffeine and not feel so dependent on it. Total success! Except for the sodas and Starbucks over the weekend… but I got lots of sleep Sunday and Monday night and am feeling pretty adjusted to the no caffeine thing now.
