Hi Friends! Sorry no post last night, I got home late from teaching lab. The last couple of days I’ve been using smoothie packs and it’s really helped out saving me time in the morning. It also helped saved some spinach which otherwise might have perished. I just dump the ingredients in the blender with a scoop of protein powder or greek yogurt and cashew, almond or flax milk depending on what I have. I like to keep a rotation going so we don’t have the same thing all the time.
