Just popping in to share some of my meals from this past week! I tried a few new things from Trader Joe’s that were pretty good so I thought I’d share pictures in case you are looking for meal ideas!

Not all inclusive! Some weeks I’m better at taken photos than others! This week I’m working on getting into the swing of eating 5 meals of the same size just to see how it feels. It’s something I’ve never really done before. Clients always ask me what is better and honestly it depends on your preference, but I never tried to eat 5 same size (calorie wise) per day so I didn’t have any perspective on it, so I thought I’d try it out. So far I tend to get in 4 solid meals and then the 5th one is kind of hit or miss. I’m sure as my activity level increases post injury the more hungry I will be and less snacky!
Mega Costco Trip
Also we got our Costco refund check I thought it would be kind of fun to share with you what we purchased with our check (for those of you who are confused, if you have the Costco Amex card you earn dollars back to use at Costco or cash in every Feburary )

We also got household items like toothpaste, deodarant etc…. So sad Costco Amex is going away, I hope the new program is just as good if not better!
Something to make for you meal prep this week- Banana Walnut Quinoa Bars
A quick and sweaty workout to try-
For a longer workout you could do this twice and change the type of sit up (v-ups, reverse crunch, bi-cylces etc…)and push up (diamond, wide, decline etc..) you do every time! Disclaimer: please check with a physician before beginning any new exercise routine! Remember I’m not there to help with form so listen to your body and get help if you need on form cues if you need it to prevent injury!
