Happy Sunday night everyone, here is what I did so far to get ready for the week.
Planned the last part of my half marathon training.
I’m so happy after the Maggie’s Place 10K today to get some confidence back that my body might actually be able to run 13.1 miles. I was definitely getting discouraged with all the hip trouble I was having, but today went better than any of my training days so I much more optimistic!
I also meal planned, although I took me forever to decide what we would have for dinner.
Breakfast Options:
– Eggs and Avocado
– Eziekel Bread with fruit
– Steel Cut No Cook Overnight Oats
Lunch Options:

Yesterday I prepped strawberries, brussels sprouts and lettuce to make life a little easier.
