Happy Monday Friends! I can’t believe I didn’t get a chance to catch up with all of you since last Tuesday! The good news is I made it through the end of the month and the move! I’ve got so much to catch you up on but for now it’s just going to have to be this week’s meal plan. The posts in the coming months will most likely be mostly short, although I would love for them to be longer. Right now, I’m just happy to be able to check in and get up a post. Here is to another crazy week!

On the go? Piece together a well rounded breakfast in a hurry! My favorite is banana, nut butter packet, and protein shake/bar. Done!
