I actually recorded yesterday, or some of it anyway. The day started with coffee with collagenand half and half. Yesterday was a I can’t stay on track to save the life of me day. I originally intended to wake up and get yesterday’s post up, but I got distracted with email and the day just ran away from there. I made Mr. Hungry his smoothie (current combo is spinach, fruit, collagen, almonds, and almond milk) then took Nala for a short walk (30 minutes instead of 40). When I got home I downed some pumpkin oats while trying to catch up on a million things.
I’ll probably share this as an official recipe that’s printable and all that jazz soon but oats had 1/3 cup oats, 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (for seed cycling which I started back up this month after taking the summer off), 1 scoopPB Fit, 1 scoop collagen,, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, sprinkle of pumpkin spice, 1 tsp maple syrup, a ton of cinnamon, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and a spoonful of peanut butter. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the combo of peanut butter and pumpkin but turns out I feel pretty good about it.
Then it was off to work while I got an oil change then back home to continue distracted working. I ate a rice cake with more peanut butter on top before orange theory. When I got back from orange theory I ate 3 scrambled eggs with some leftover acorn squash.
Around 4:30 pm I had some cottage cheese, it was this brand in this recycled photo but without the plantain chips.
For dinner, I had everything salmon that was finally posted around 2 pm yesterday with some roasted butternut squash tossed with coconut oil and cinnamon.
No dessert because we are all doing the whole no sugar thing in the DTFN world, but I did drink my newest favorite La Croix, cerise limon, so good!
I also wanted to share this super easy meal with you I ate for a couple days after I got a crown on my tooth. Which by the way still hurts when I chew. It isn’t sensitive to cold/hot but it is sensitive to pressure and chewing, I really hope it goes away so I don’t have to get a root canal! UGH! Especially since I get knocked out for root canals, do to my anxiety and difficulty getting numb. Not an expense I want, the anesthesia is straight up out of pocket, boo. Those of you that have gotten crowns, how long does the sensitivity last? Anyways, despite all that this meal has been really yummy and is literally two ingredients:

I just sauteed some cauliflower rice in garlic salt and then poured a cup of Trader Joe’s turkey chili on top, mixed it all together and it was an uber filling belly-warming meal!

At least you live somewhere you can get fresh fish! I’m jealous of that I would eat all the seafood all the time! Have a good weekend girl!

NEED to make that salmon! It looks delicous. And uh dental work is the worst. I’ve just had cavities filled, but I hate the feeling of your mouth not being normal. Especially because it’s harder to enjoy food. Hope you feel better soon!
