Happy Friday Friends! Let’s get on with the weekend already right? We’ve got wedding pictures to hang tonight (I know it’s pathetic we’ve been married almost a year), vino to drink, and parks and rec to watch! It’s going to be a good one! First a quick recap of last week’s fitness adventures. I’m still taking a couple weeks off running to see if that helps my piriformis/hip calm down, so my last run was last Tuesday.
Last Week’s Fitness Fun
Sunday (9/21)- 10 K Treadmill Run –> (still not sure how I made it through it after traveling all morning coming back from M& M’s Wedding in Houston!)
Monday (9/22)- Hot Yoga
Tuesday (9/23)- 3 mile run
Wednesday (9/24)- Compound Crusher with a home gym selfie
30 minute walk + pool workout (500 easy, 25 sprint + 25 recover X 10)
Thursday (9/25)- Strength Class
Friday (9/26)-
Upper Body and Failed Zumba:
12 pull ups + 12 dips x 3
15 minutes zumba—> hip flexor sore, called it quits and back to weights—>
300 Ab Workout
12 lateral pull downs + 12 push ups X 3
+ Walk 30 minutes
Saturday (9/27)- Walk 40 minutes and shovel rock
