Happy FriaYAY friends!!!! What do you have planned for this weekend?
Fitness
Looks like this section is back! Guess who has been going on walks again? Feels so good to get out although it doesn’t always feel great to walk. I’ve been wearing this NEOtech brace which helps a lot with pelvic discomfort.
Food
I met a friend for lunch at a place called the chop shop in Oldtown Scottsdale which was SOOOO good. I got a chile lime protein bowl with brown rice which I added sriracha too! Apparently, there are FOUR locations in the valley. All kinds of salads, protein bowls, wraps, and sandwiches. I’ll definitely be going back!
Otherwise, I’ve been enjoying breakfast this week, I’ve been getting in 3 dates a day. For the most of the week, I did freezer steel cut oats with dates and cashew butter.
I also did cottage cheese with dates, pumpkin seeds, and honey.
Favorites
These Bacon Habanero Pretzel Crisps are SO addicting! Sprouts having them on sample!

37 WEEKS! Eeeek, you are so close to the end! At 33 weeks Im starting to feel the small discomforts which I assume should be expected.
Im hoping to get a bit more accomplished in the nursery this weekend, decor on the walls and organize shelving in the closet! Hope you enjoy your weekend also!

I felt like 33 to 37 weeks was like a BLINK of the eye even though I was on modified bed rest, so it will go by FAST!
