Gluten Free Expo
After our presentation, I’m going to tag along with Megan to the Gluten Free Expo in Glendale. If you are in that area and want more info check out this post to see how to get a discount!
The weekend through Monday was SURVIVAL MODE, but I’m happy to say I ended up with a couple good strength workouts!
Thursday (6/21) – walked 2 miles + circuit workout
This workout was good and left me sweating which was perfect because I was short on time! The super short intervals made me push myself!
Wednesday (6/20)- 3.5 mile walk with Nala, we walked a little longer than normal so I just called it a day for workouts
Tuesday (6/19)- walked 2.5 miles + circuit workout
I did each circuit 3 times, I was happy my shoulder felt pretty good afterwards!
Monday (6/19)- walked 2.5 miles
Sunday (6/20)– walked 1.5 miles
Saturday (6/19)– 15 minutes of Zumba but I was having some SI pain so I left
Friday (6/18) – Trimotus
OMG I have one new food favorite, and it’s AH-MAZING. Where have these nut thins been all my life? Cheddar?
After I downed the whole box I added a couple of boxes to my thrive market cart since they are a little cheaper on there. O. M. G. seriously so good.
I’ve also been loving cherries, because they are on sale and because they are delicious!
