Did you know that WTE? Meal Plans offers Registered Dietitian designed customized meal plans in addition to our monthly subscription service? Custom plans are ideal for those on specific diets (i.e., Paleo, Vegan, vegetarian, Keto, etc.), who have health conditions (i.e., diabetes, heart disease, auto-immune disease, etc.), or have specific goals.
Here are a few reasons why some of our clients sign up for custom meal plans:
- they have an event coming up like a wedding, reunion, or another event
- training for an athletic event (such as race or competition)
- they are postpartum and want to ensure adequate calories for breastfeeding why losing baby weight
- they are pregnant and want to ensure sufficient calories for pregnancy
- they’ve recently been told they have food sensitivities and need help crafting a meal plan
- they have medical goals they want to meet, like managed blood sugar (*** we recommend a consult before signing up for these goals)
- they want the accountability of a one on one check in with a coach every week
- they are following a specific diet for health, religious, or other reasons such as vegetarian, paleo, vegan, etc.
It’s no secret that celebrity abs are made in the kitchens of celebrities with personal home chefs and nutritionists that do just about everything for the stars except eat the food. With our customized meal plans you can eat like a celebrity, but for less!
Our custom plans provide proper nutrition, chef-worthy dishes, and personalized nutrition (just like the stars!) While we don’t have chefs coming to your house to prepare your food like they do, we make it super easy for you to follow through. We focus on quick meals that are easy to prepare and provide an autogenerated shopping list, so meal planning takes no time at all!
How It Works: Custom Plans
You will receive a weekly meal plan built to your exact calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat needs to progress you to your goals. The custom meal plans will take into account any food allergies, sensitivities, and food preferences you may have. Meal plans will be divided into three days that you can rotate between.
Step 1: Recieve your new meal plans by 8 am Friday every week!
Step 2: Review the three new meal plans sent to you in a convenient printable PDF package.
**Most custom meal plans have two workout day meal plans and one rest day. This approach helps vary calorie levels and protect the metabolism from slowing down during weight loss. If you are not currently working out, you will work with your coach to decide the best way to set up your meal plans.
Step 3: Request Edits If Needed
*** You will have a chance to review your meal plan and request edits from your coach. You will be able to directly message your coach and ask questions about your meal plan as well! All our meal plan customers (subscriptions and custom plans) also get access to an exclusive Facebook group where they can get answers from Registered Dietitian Kelli Shallal, as well as other subscribers about swaps and substitutions!
Step 4: Print Your Shopping List And Head to the Store!
Step 5: Complete Your Weekly Check-In With Your Coach
The check-in is when you communicate directly to your coach all your personalized information such as weight, body fat percentage, preferences, meals you would like to see repeated, and any help you may need staying on track with the meal plans. Your coach will check in with you once your weekly check-in has been completed before they get started on your next week’s custom meal plan!
