Hi friends! I know this is the time of the year everyone is setting their New Years Goals. Many of you told me your New Years Goals in your survey and they kick butt! Can I help you reach your goals this year?
If there is anything I’ve learned through years of nutrition counseling it is that although many people have the same goal (lose weight, improve GI health, get fit, etc) they have the greatest chance of achieving it if they do so with a unique plan that works for them. I never coach any two clients the exact same, even if their goals are similar.
We are all unique individuals that require plans as unique as we are to help us meet our goals. That’s why I’ve developed so many ways to help my clients reach their goals including private counseling, food sensitivity testing, meal plans, and e-courses. For some people, following the blog is enough to help them lead a healthy lifestyle. For others, they need accountability or help meal planning or more individualized help of some kind. Whatever you need, I’ve got you covered and I’d love to help!

Integrative Nutrition Counseling
Cost: $199+
What is Integrative Nutrition Counseling? For optimal results, it is critical to address functional imbalances such as hormone balance (thyroid, sex hormones, and adrenals), blood sugar fluctuations, digestion, liver function, metabolic health, and chronic inflammation. Ever wonder why you don’t have the same results as someone else on the same plan?
Functional imbalances put a roadblock on your path to success, preventing you from being your optimal self. We will work together to determine what your specific imbalances are and address them with nutrition, supplements, and exercise. Whether you are struggling with fatigue, weight loss resistance, mood swings, GI disturbances, or don’t feel like yourself. Taking a whole health approach will allow us to determine any roadblocks to good health and break through them naturally.
Who does this option work best for?
- Those who need accountability.
- Those who really wish to learn nutrition that works best for them.
- Those who have chronic illnesses or hormone imbalances.
Food Sensitivity Testing
Cost: Consult is $30 dollars
Food Sensitivities are a hypersensitivity by the immune system to common foods but follow different immune pathways than a food allergy or intolerance. Identifying them and removing them has been one of the most powerful tools I’ve been able to implement within my own family and with my clients.
Who is this best for?
- Those with IBS or IBD.
- Those with Hashimoto’s still struggling with high antibody levels.
- Those with other autoimmune conditions.
- Not appropriate as a tool for weight loss by itself.

WTE? Custom Meal Plans
Cost: $199+
Personally, I like to follow more of an intuitive eating style most of the time (sometimes I count macros but usually not). But, maybe sometimes you want to buckle down and see certain results with some help, I get that too. Things like high School reunions(ugh, do they still do those? That’s what FB is for right?), graduations, weddings, or maybe you are looking to PR at your next event might prompt you to want to see results right away
The custom plan is designed to your individual macronutrient (calorie) goals for meals & snacks for 3 days that are rotated between workout and non-workout days. They account for your individual health conditions, activity level and dietary preferences (Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, etc.).
Who is this best for?
- Those who can cook many of their meals.
- Those with specific weight loss goals.
- Those with specific athletic performance goals.
- Those with specific medical conditions, strong preferences, or dietary restrictions.
- Those who like following meal plans, strictly.
- Those who want to see quick results.
- Those who need accountability.
