Hi Friends! How was your weekend? Mine was great, always too short but definitely productive. We are settling into our new house, unpacking, buying more stuff, and unpacking more. When will the maddness stop???? The nice thing is I already feel at home, like we should have always been here which is seriously amazing. Some snapshots from this weekend:

My favorite lifecafe salad- chicken, veggies, chipotle ranch dressing…. made to order it’s delicious and PACKED with veggies. Hello 4-5 servings in one sitting!
Got this yogurt on Saturday at Whole Foods… it’s almost gone, I LOVE yogurt.

Lately I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what I eat on a daily basis. While I love cooking, making up new recipes, and sharing them here at Hungry Hobby, the fact is I just don’t have the time to make big meals. I’m literally almost always on the go which typically means small meals and snacks throughout the day. For this week’s meal plan I put together a list of my typical super fast meals, typically packed with protein and healthy fat as the main focus. I’ll add things like a piece of fruit, canned beans, pre cooked quinoa, brown rice, or a microwaved sweet potato as needed for carbs.
I also include plenty of snacks throughout the day to keep me going. It’s not fancy, but it does the trick and I can get on to the rest of the day or bed whatever is needed!
