Happy Sunday! I hope you are enjoying your weekend 🙂 I’m just popping in to share with you part 2 of the Sugar Free September meal plan. (You can find Sugar Free September Meal Plan Part One here. )
Similar to last week, I based this plan off of what I intend to eat all week (minus a few recipes I have in development.) The plan is created with cooking for two people in mind, so cut down or increase as needed. Portion sizes are left out because this isn’t a weight loss plan and everybodies needs are differet, so please adapt it to fit your own needs. The plan includes vegetarian and gluten free options in case you need them. I didn’t include a vegan or paleo modification this week. However, if you’re interested in working with me for specific portion sizing guidance or plan modifications, please contact me here. The meal plan is totally free of added sugar, all sauces and ingredients used in the meal plan should also be totally free from added sweeteners. Sugar is the ultimate sneaky guy though, let me know if you see something I missed!
OPTIONAL SALAD ADD INS:
- Nuts, Avocado, or Cheese (without added sugar)
