Hi Friends & Happy Friday!
In my training plan for the Turkey Day 10K I have a lot of 20-30 minute runs to build up my base from taking 2 months off (and however many months before that of running in pain.) It is suppose to be an easy run so I usually keep it slow and steady until the end before I up it for just a couple rounds. I'd thought I'd share it with everyone in case you are looking for a quick 20 minute treadmill workout to knock out this weekend!
Now I'm off to walk the pup, get a workout in, and start my day with a pumpkin coffee smoothie! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

I like your approach in your treadmill workout. I should give it a try.
I usually use treadmill for my warm up and warm down then doing extreme weight lifting activities in between to target specific muscle group per session.
BTW, treadmill is also a great equipment for HIIT. I'm doing it like once a week. Speeding up to the maximum that I can do for about a minute or so then slowing down to recover a bit (not stopping) then speeding up again. Just a cycle until I feel so tired.
