Hi Friends & Happy Friday!
In my training plan for the Turkey Day 10K I have a lot of 20-30 minute runs to build up my base from taking 2 months off (and however many months before that of running in pain.) It is suppose to be an easy run so I usually keep it slow and steady until the end before I up it for just a couple rounds. I’d thought I’d share it with everyone in case you are looking for a quick 20 minute treadmill workout to knock out this weekend!
Now I’m off to walk the pup, get a workout in, and start my day with a pumpkin coffee smoothie! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
