Hi Friends!  Happy Hump Day!  This morning the alarm went off at 4:40 to head to the gym and my brain thought, “oh no you don’t, you go back to sleep.”  I’ve been working out 6 days a week for the last couple months, something I’ve NEVER done before.  In fact, when I was doing crossfit and running a lot I was working out 4 days a week with two full off days and one day of yoga.  I saw great results, much more than I’m seeing now.  When I started overtraining, going to crossfit 3 days a week and running 3 days a week, that was when I got injured. That injury has taken me two years to recover from and I’m still on low doses of daily anti-inflammatory. So this morning I got up and walked the pup a couple of miles and made a two ingredient pancake, my favorite!
Blog still isn’t letting me upload photos, but I’m working on getting it fixed! Â I feel a little weird not working out today, but I think it will motivate me to hit it hard the next couple of days.
