I promised you a workout today and here it is! Whew, this is a leg scorcher, it didn’t seem that bad when I was doing man it caught up with me! I did this workout on Thursday, took Friday off and since I’m a 2 Day DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) person I woke up SUPER sore. I loosened up a bit foam rolling and going for a walk with Nala but man! As I mentioned on Friday I don’t typically split up my workouts, I usually just do total body all the time which equals zero recovery. So I’m on a 6 day training split now which is allowing more time for recovery, thank the lord today is wild card day! If you want a good leg scorcher to get those tight summer body legs, this is the one for you!
