These Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are juicy, slightly sweet, and very garlicky! An easy dinner meal or meal prep chicken recipe!
Happy Monday friends!!!! How did your weekend treat you? On Saturday we got our very first taste of teething hell. The poor little guy can’t catch a break. I never knew how hard it is to be a baby!
We just barely got his weight gain up and the food allergies figured out before the teething set in. Thankfully, Sunday seemed to be a little better, but man I can’t believe this happens on and off for three years? Why. Just why?
Luckily Sunday was better, so I had some time to do some work. Part of which was photographing a chicken marinade round-up post I have coming that has a version of this recipe in it.
I asked Mr. Hungry which chicken recipe he wanted this week (the rest when in the freezer) and he picked this one! So, Mr. Hungry is having this recipe for lunch again this week but with chicken breast instead of thighs. It works both ways, but chicken thighs are always just a bit more flavorful, hands down nothing beats the chicken thighs from Butcher Box.
We make sure we get them in every single box, so we always have some stashed in the freezer! I pull them out on Friday so they are ready for Meal Prep on Sunday. This recipe is as easy as preheating the oven, mixing the sauce, and baking! That’s it!
It’s an easy hands-off dinner meal that takes only minutes to prep. We served ours with pre-cooked brown rice and steamed broccoli for a super quick meal! Let me now if you try it!

I used chicken tenders and put them on skewers. I got a nice char without sacrificing moisture. I adore this recipe! I did use less honey. The flavor was still marvelous! I served it over salad.
