Happy National Cookie Day! Who wants a cookie? I know I do!
In celebration of this random food holiday, I rounded up all of the cookie recipes I have created over the years here at Hungry Hobby. All of these cookies are free of refined flour and refined sugar. Many of them are made with an almond flour or almond butter as a base which provides more healthy fats and protein than cookies made with traditional flour (even gluten-free versions.)
