This hasn’t been a stellar fitness week. Moving = low motivation and a tun of stuff to get done. There is always next week when I’ll be at a fitness conference, I’m sure that will kick me in gear!
- Friday – BBG Pre training week 4 total body
- Saturday – OFF
- Sunday – OFF
- Monday- BBG Week 1 Legs & Cardio
- Tuesday – walk pup 3 miles
- Wednesday – BBG Week 1 Abs & Arms
- Thursday – walk pup 3 miles
Not a ton to report because I’ve basically spent all my “free time” moving things back and forth to the apartment. Right now as I type this up, Mr. Hungry is singing to himself about how I’m not helping… subtle, oh so subtle… so I better get to it!
