Hello, friends! Whew! I’ve got about 30 minutes before the perfect light starts peeking through the window so I can go photograph some Sweet Potato Chocolate Donuts, I know my life is hard…. let’s do the Friday thing!
Friday Fitness
Hey, guess what, I worked out this week! It’s a miracle! What the miracle is my shoulder is FINALLY not biting me. I still can’t hang from a pull-up bar but I’m SUPER thankful that it doesn’t cause shooting pain randomly. Ugh, still no weights probably for a while. The thing is, shut down my trap and pec so my shoulder can anchor where it’s supposed to anchor. Stupid impingement. I ran a couple times this week, something that previously caused too much rotation so I’m super happy for that!
- Thursday– Chiropractor
- Wednesday- Loved this workout so I made it pinnable for you!
- Tuesday- 20 minutes of 30 seconds on/30 seconds off treadmill sprints
- Monday – Chiropractor
- Sunday- OFF
- Saturday – HIIT Stairmaster workout 20 minutes
- Friday – Chiropractor
Since it takes so much time to drive over, go get treatment, and come home I count that as my workout. It’s just too much to try and get a workout on top of that!

OOOOO yeah that is a great progression for legs–squats to squat jumps (and if you really want to drive it home, add in wall sits right after)

Oh shoulder issues are the WORST! I used to have super tight shoulders that I fixed with some mobility work — but I always know that those are my weakness if an injury is ever coming my way. Have a great weekend, Kelli! 🙂
