This pretty much sums up me today…
Um, not a lot to report on this front. Still trying to avoid stressing my shoulder in any way and it seems to be paying off. For the first time in 10 weeks, I had one day where my shoulder didn’t pinch or sting me! So, I’ve mostly just been doing a TON of walking with Nala. I’ve been walking in the evening but it’s about to be morning ONLY, like 5:30 or 6 am every single morning. All winter long us dessert folk watch in bewilderment as blizzards and snow storms are reported across the country. Then we shut off the news and go about our merry lives, forgetting how good we have it. Then, the summer comes and while it looks innocent outside, we know better than to go outside, ever. I will refuse to go out past 11 am pretty much starting yesterday through October.
My first published recipe! I couldn’t be more excited about this!
As mentioned previously I’m taking on clients over at DTFN, which is a great compliment to what I do with my Hungry Hobby RD clients. One of those things I do in my nutrition services is food sensitivity testing. Tina, one of the owners of DTFN decided to take the test and work with me to implement the LEAP protocol. She shared how it’s going so far over on her blog, so check that out! I’m so happy she has her energy back and is feeling better!
I bought this at TJ’s for a tuna salad recipe I was working on, and since then have bought it twice more – I LOVE it! Why did I never buy it before?
