Hi, friends! I have some SUPER exciting news to share with you guys today! WTE? Meal Plans is going through some big exciting changes that I’ve been working on and am FINALLY ready to tell you about!
What’s Going On?
In a nutshell, WTE? Meal Plans is switching from a login based system to a PDF-based plan. The overwhelming majority of our clients loved the guarantees of the meal plan subscriptions:
- 1500-1800 calories
- 100 grams of protein
- 100-150 grams of carbohydrates per day
- Balanced meals that focus on REAL FOOD
- Registered Dietitian designed meal plans (that’s me!)
- Gluten Free recipes, including Hungry Hobby recipes!
- Printable shopping list and recipes
- Exclusive Facebook group and support
There were some unfortunate technical glitches and issues with reliability with the software WTE? Meal Plans was using. About a week ago, I was informed that software was no longer going to be available. I took this cue to reevaluate the needs of my subscribers and current nutrition coaching clients.
I received a lot of great feedback and ultimately decided to switch how meal plans are provided. So, my team and I switched to a PDF-based system which is going to allow me to provide subscribers with some awesome additional benefits.
With the login system, the major complaint was that subscribers couldn’t see a full meal plan at once. With the new system, subscribers will receive their whole week in one place. The new meal plans will incorporate leftovers so there isn’t a massive amount of cooking, and recipes are attached along with the grocery list. It takes the simplicity of meal planning to a whole new level. It’s all laid out right in front of you to see!

I’m SO excited about this because it means that more people can enjoy WTE? Meal Plans because they are more affordable. The annual subscription is now only $99/year and the monthly is only $15/month! You can use the meal plans as a template for healthy eating and structure throughout the week without breaking the bank.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel the sugar detox challenge in order to get everything switched over to our new system. But, based on all our subscriber’s reactions and new sign-ups I realized this is something you guys really want! So, this upcoming year I have four challenges planned for WTE? The transition to the new style meal plans is happening now and the first week will be available by September 28th, 2018 or sooner. I’m working to get things squared away for my maternity leave but there will be no break in either meal plan subscriptions or custom meal plans while I’m out for a bit.
