Super light week on exercise to see if it helped with my shoulder/rib and it did help. Although it is mostly just aggravated by sitting. It’s definitely getting better though so that’s good. Hopefully, I’ll incorporate more weight training next week.
Short post today, so let’s get to it and do the Friday thing! Sorry for the weird pic, it was the only one I had this week.
Friday (6/1) – 2.5-mile walk + this circuit
Saturday (6/2) – tons of walking around Ikea with my mom – I had over 10K steps by the end of the day.
Sunday (6/3)- off
Monday (6/4) – water aerobics with my mom. I promised her I would try it and I did, but the jumping around even in the water didn’t feel good on my pelvis.
Tuesday (6/5) – 3-mile walk + this circuit
Wednesday (6/6) – 30-minute swim – OMG felt so good! Definitely, be swimming 1-2 times per week from now on!
Thursday (6/7) – 2.5-mile walk
Food
I pretty much eat the same stuff throughout the week, I recorded a whole day of eats this week! It took me until today to realize I labeled it 22 weeks and I’m actually only 2o weeks. Whoops!

I seen the 22 weeks and I was like hummm I could of swore you were only 4 weeks ahead of me. LOL!! But I wasn’t going to question that 🙂 I’ve never been a swimmer but that sounds so nice and refreshing for some light exercise! I might have to consider!
