Hi, friends! I can’t believe it’s already Friday, this week literally FLEW by! It was crazy how fast it went, but I’m not mad about it. I’m usually ready for Monday when it rolls around, ready to crush my goals but on Friday I’m ready for a slower pace to roll around too. Tonight, I was invited to a Women’s Leadership Meeting by a few women from my bible study group. The rest of the weekend is pretty much gonna be a play it by ear type weekend. Mr. Hungry’s Grandma is still in the hospital so we are keeping things open in case we are needed.
Plus I have a TON of stuff to do because What to Eat? Meal Plans will soon have their OWN website! I’m super excited, nervous, and excited. What you might know about the plans is I teamed up with my bestie to make them possible. After some discussion, we felt we could really serve our customers and bring in more potential customers if we had our own site. This will make it easier to present to potential referral sources and/or partners later on. It’s also scary because we are investing a ton of time and energy into something completely new to us! You know me though, I’m all about the positive thinking!

Food
I shared what I got in my Butcher Box last month, a little bit about the service, and a super special deal over on the Hungry Hobby facebook page. (Ps some of you have asked about my shirt, my friend Teresa at Sharks Bites of Life makes the cutest clothes check them out!)
I recorded a full day of eats yesterday, but other than that life has been kind of crazy so I haven’t had a chance to take many photos of food. In general, I’ve been on the air-popped popcorn train this week and it’s soo good! (I have this microwave popper. )
It’s the coldest that it’s been here in a LONG LONG time and I’m eating like its summer, apparently, my taste buds don’t understand that I should be craving chili. Lots of strawberries this week to kill my sweet tooth, still missing chocolate HARDcore.
and between the two of us, Mr. Hungry and I have polished off two things of guac and bags of sweet mini peppers….
Can’t forget the Slow Cooker Granola I shared earlier this week either! I’ve been eating that with yogurt I made in my Instant Pot! (I’ll be sharing the recipe soon, and you can find a full review of my Instant Pot in this post!)
I think that’s basically it. I’m having an off week, I’m not motivated to cook at all. Hopefully jumping on with our WTE? Meal Plan subscribers will motivate me next week!

Did you jump on this new platform? I definitely did as Hungry Hobby of course. I’m less than enthused about Instagram sense my profile broke and they never did anything about it. I had to ask 8K followers to follow me at a new account (@thehungryhobbyRD), tell me that’s not annoying? Plus like no one ever sees your posts anyway because of their weird algorithm feed, it’s annoying as well.
