Hope you had a great Thursday! I’m just popping in to share with you yesterday and today’s lunch because it was simple, healthy and delicious.
An adult Lunchable, with uncured Natural Deli Chicken, Cabot Cheese, and veggies.
I also had a cup of 2% greek yogurt with stevia, blackberries, and 1/2 tsp chia seeds. It was delicious, I totally brought the same thing for today!
Yesterday and today I had pretty good workouts followed up by yummy snacks like turkey jerky and KIND bars.
Dinner last night was a whole boat load of green beans (twice what is shown here), ham, and 2 fried eggs.
Tonights version was similar but I went scrambled with spinach instead of fried which was super delicious. Recently, I’ve been craving almond milk at night too, not sure what’s up with that but I had a glass of almond milk and a few spoonfuls of chia protein pudding. Now I’m going to pass out and wake up to FRIDAY! Can not wait!
