5:00- alarm goes off, I get up and use the bathroom and consider skipping blogging and going back to sleep for an hour. I change my mind and get up. I let the pup out, make a cup of coffee, and start blogging.
I start working on this post and write Monday’s post.
5:37- pup rings the bells to go out, so I take a short break to feed her and let her out
6:10- finish Monday’s Post, go up and get ready to take puppy on walk, say goodbye to Mr. Hungry he will be gone by the time I get back
6:20- take the puppy for an hour walk, she is alone the whole day Monday so I like to take her for the longest walk possible at the beginning of the week
7:18 return home from walk and decide to make green juice instead of washing my hair, priorities
7:27 green juice made and cleaned up
7:29 clean up after pup who tore up toilet paper roll, head upstairs to shower and change
8:10 leave for work
8:41am arrive at work, it’s nice to get there a bit early and get settled in, sometimes I meditate in the car before but not today, I’m off!
8:54- eat a quest bar even though I’m pretty full from the green juice, I anticipate not eating again till much later
9:00- Teach TEAM Weight Loss
10:00- nutrition coaching appointment
11:00-11:10 wait for my appointment
11:10-11:30 answer emails, send out booth schedule
11:30-12:30 supplement booth time!
12:32 head to break room to get evol breakfast sandwich I got at Target on sale the other day along with a bag full of snap peas
12:35 -1:00 eat sandwich
1:00- nutrition coaching appointment doesn’t show up so we move our Results Based Culture meeting up, I eat a habenero jerky stick(picture shown is recycled of a different flavor)
2:00- prepare healthy living challenges stuff for the night, call my appointments that didn’t show up and reschedule them, work on setting up for Tuesdays health fair
3:00- my “lunch” hour or “healthy way of life hour” I go Dr. Khavari
4:10- I get back late for my meeting with my department head, I had a UCAN bar in my jacket pocket to eat during our meeting but it was too melted. I try to end the meeting early to get food but they call for me on the walkie, my next appointment is headed up to the desk.
5:00- New Member Nutrition Consultations or Nourish It Session
6:00- Team Weight Loss, I get the team started and head back to the office to grab my phone and slam a half a protein bar
6:57 I buy cottage cheese to eat during my next session
7:00 Healthy Living Challenges
8:00- tidy up office, close out or programs on computer
8:15- drive home
8:45- arrive home, immediately head upstairs and get ready for bed
9:00- I eat lunch meat and make broccoli for dinner, despite the recent study that says deli meat will give you cancer, sorry but correlation does not equal causation
9:07- I head upstairs to finish this post, Mr. Hungry is watching Walking Dead downstairs which is too much stimulus for me right now
9:21- I pack my bag for tomorrow, it’s gonna be a crazy one…. I spend 30 minutes looking for my one pair of business pants I have right now
9:45- eat a spoonful of peanut butter and half a peanut butter pumpkin bar
10:00- lights out, finally! I have to be up at 4!
