Although some of them are in that previous post, I still get asked frequently what my favorite healthy snacks at Costco are! So last time I was there, I did some scouting to see if I could come up with a list of healthy snacks you can buy at Costco.
But first, “healthy” is an arbitrary term. I use it to describe foods mostly free from ingredients that don’t sound like food. AKA “real food,” but there is a sliding scale there, and someone else’s definition of “healthy” may be different. That’s okay! Different foods work for different bodies and families. These are simply suggestions I often give my clients and foods we frequently buy ourselves.
So enjoy this list and let me know what I missed! I’m sure there are all kinds of other healthy snacks I missed.
Bars & Shakes
1. RX Bars
2. KIND Bars
Not all KIND bars are created equal. I like these that are low sugar and mostly made up of nuts!
3. Kirkland Nut Bars
I’ve never had these, but they have clean ingredients similar to a caveman or KIND bar!
4. Kirkland Protein Bar
I haven’t gotten these in a while, but they used to be my favorite back in the day!
5. Paleo Bar
These also have real food ingredients and a great macro split!
6. Orgain Protein Shakes
We stock up on these in my house! I drink the plant-based, and Mr. Hungry drinks the whey-based shakes almost every day.
7. Fairlife Protein Shake
I love Fairlife, and these look pretty good!

9. Portioned Nuts
If you need portion control for nuts, these pre-portion packages are a great idea!
10. Flavored Nuts
They have all kinds of flavored almonds, cashews, and pistachios. Of course, avoid anything with a candy coating, but otherwise, a flavoring is a great way to spice up your snack break!
I LOVE popcorn, especially skinny pop and nearly naked!
12. Parm Crisps
A cheesy snack that will satisfy your crunch and have some staying power with 13g of protein!
13. Nut Butter
Great for adding to veggies, fruit, toast, or crackers! Nuttzo is an especially delicious blend of nuts you may not usually eat!
They have an assortment of healthy crackers to munch on, including Crunchmaster, RW Garcias, and Simple Mills crackers!
16. Hummus Packs
Great for taking to work for a snack!
